Our Story

noppaoap was founded in early 2024 by a group of technology consultants and organizational development specialists who observed a growing disconnect between the pace of AI advancement and the readiness of many Thai businesses to adopt these tools effectively.

The founding team recognized that successful AI integration requires more than just technical implementation. It demands careful attention to workplace culture, employee concerns, communication patterns, and the specific rhythms of Thai business environments. They saw organizations struggling not because the technology was too complex, but because the human aspects of adoption were being overlooked.

Based in Chiang Mai, we chose Thailand's creative and cultural hub as our home because it represents the balance we seek to achieve: a city that honors tradition while embracing innovation, where ancient temples stand alongside modern coworking spaces, and where community relationships remain central to business practice.
